Our Ministries

Media
Our weekly podcast in Dari (the most common language spoken by Afghans) introduces Biblical stories and answers common questions Muslims wrestle with about following Jesus. During each episode, the Gospel is presented at multiple points and listeners are invited to accept Christ as Lord. For those who still have questions, members of our Media Follow-Up Team are available through one-on-one messaging via social media.
We have also released audio resources like Bible passages, devotionals, and Biblical teachings in the local languages for believers to dive deeper into God’s Word.
Translation
Our translation team works diligently through our partnership with authors and has translated multiple existing books for spiritual growth. Having resources in the local languages allows for so much more accessibility and understanding for the Afghan people.

Discipleship
Our discipleship team is available for Afghans who have recently decided to follow Christ and for other believers already in our communities.
Supported by our media and translation resources, discipleship leaders across our network hold weekly one- on-one meetings and small group Bible studies to cultivate spiritual maturity among believers and unify the church. These brothers and sisters study the Bible together and encourage one another through prayer and fellowship, often through very tough seasons as life has been so uncertain for most refugees.
Leadership
To date over 40 Afghans, including those from North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Afghanistan connect via video call for training in ministry and church planting.
The program covers a broad range of foundational leadership topics with the aim toward multiplying these teachings and raising up more Afghans to effectively minister to the unreached in Afghanistan. Aside from this program, the leaders in our network continue to receive personal mentorship and support as they build their ministries.

Women’s Ministry
About 1/3rd of the members involved in our Bible studies across our network are Afghan women. Similar to the Bible studies hosted through our Discipleship team, our Women’s Ministry gathers a few times a week for Bible studies, in- person and online through video calls. These women are able to pray and uplift one another during their times together.
Our Women’s team leaders disciple many of the members one-on-one, mentoring them in their relationships, marriages, and their own walk with the Lord.
Theological Development
We have recorded 30 lessons in Biblical theology and have plans to record 60 more lessons in Systematic and Historical theology for church leaders in their local language – an exciting resource to have and share with others! Additionally, we have upcoming plans to develop and record modules for Ecclesiastical and Moral theology.
